Yes.

Not only "Yes" but it can be an in-line with 209 primer and with a scope if you want however used only in Modern firearm seasons, Local and County ordinances may also apply, check with the Sheriff !!

Didnt realize there was so many little things that make a muzzy not legal for muzzy season. If I buy one, Id like to have options.. I have multi season this year, makes no sense to me why it would allow a gun illegal to use with a muzzy tag.. Thats the govt for ya.

Before you cancel your order and/or blast Cabelas, remember two things: (1) most muzzleloaders that accept 209 primers can be converted to use caps that are legal in Washington; (2) not all states have the same restrictions as Washington - someone purchasing a muzzleloader at a Washington Cabelas's store may plan to use it in Wyoming, for example, where it is legal. It's not Cabela's fault that Washington has certain restrictions. :twocents:

already canceled, converting it over I dont think will even work, as its a break open style, so it would still be hidden, which according to the rules is still not ok.

ALSO, I have no problems with cabelas, they dont make the rules. It was the washington rules I was commenting about...
