velvet or not?

I was out scouting for the elk opener today and saw two whitetail bucks, 4x4 had no velvet and his partner a BIG forkhorn still had velvet on his rack. so maybe its getting time for them to start rubbing here in GMU 113. tried to get pictures but my crappy camera won't zoom in very well, time for a new camera.
