Alright good news for me.  Of course I bet they make it near impossible to get a conceal carry and don't let out of staters carry, but its a start.

Outstanding. Look for Ill-Annoy to quote SCOTUS Justice Scalia to craft a CCW law that contains myriad "reasonable" regulations to the RKBA and more lawsuits down the road. None the less, this is the tip of the spear and the best piece of news out there today.
