Great buck man!  Congrats!  I have some velvet pics of a high country blacktail that look very similar. I'll post them up later. May be the same buck.

What do you guys think?  I don't see the eye guards - but other than that looks like some similar genetics.

Browneye5er, is that abench buck or is it considered 100% columbian blacktail, i ask cause i have hunted blackies all my life and that has to be one of the nicest B/T i have evr seen, my family has taken quite a few nice bucks but that one you got is just awseome... :tup:

A really great deer!  Big blacktails are awesome.  Thanks for posting the picture of the recovered bullet.  I have been considering trying the 100 gr. TTSX in the 260 rem.
