OK, I just found out today that I get to take my nephew out to get his first deer. It will be modern firearm. My spot that I usually go is looking pretty sad this year. I really want to make sure he gets a great experience so I will swallow my pride and ask for advice. I would prefer to hike in away from the crowds. I am thinking North of Spokane so he has the best chance at getting a buck. Any help? Thanks

If he wants to archery hunt, I can put him on a decent 4 point whitetail today.  We can put him right in this bucks bedroom.  I doubt it will be around come rifle season.  Let me know.  I'll offer up my info on this buck to any youth archery hunters.  Just PM me.
