Hunting coyotes from a hospital bed
« on: December 12, 2012, 03:56:54 PM »
After an outstanding year of many memories and great days afield with dear old Dad, I was able to get everyones deer cut and wrapped just before ending up back in the hospital.  :bash:  A couple surgerys that almost kept me out of the woods for deer and elk seasons came back with many complications.  Ive lost the use of my left arm and damn near died, but today I am finally home for the first time since late mod deer and I set out to get some fur down.  I miss a big male but thats fine since Im just happy to be able to be in the field again.  Sorry Team Sportsmans Challange for the lack of contribution, in due time.   If I can continue to recover without complications, this will be a year to remember

Ya, missing a coyote is very minor when compared to our health.  Hope you get back to 100% before long.  Wish you well.

Take care of your health first. In return you will have many more years to enjoy them hunting and with family.

Get yourself well first.  The coyotes will aways be there--ranchers have been trying to exterminate them for 200 years, and they've only expanded their range.  coyotes are like bedbugs--they are always  there....
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"
