freezer full of Cow Elk

My Freezer is full.  Did my own backstraps and tenderloins in a Foodsaver.  Had the rest done at Mayers custom meats.  They did Summer Sausage, Link Sausage, Pepperoni, and Jerky.  Also steaks, roasts, and burger.  I'm hungry.
