im thinking of putting in for spring bear i was looking at the list was thinking of copalis or Kapowsin do they have roads can you drive in them do they have clear cuts

Yes yes and yes. Kapowsin you will ned to buy an access permit though. It was $100 last time I drew

Rayonier also charges a fee for you to hunt spring bear in Copalis...$100 last year.

not sure about copalis but a big NO in kapowsin. u cant even have them or quads in the back of your pickup
