Go to goldendale! Tons of wild horses to hunt! :chuckle:
If we were supposed to be vegetarian God would have made broccoli more fun to shoot!
"HOYT" why would you even consider shooting something else?

Tri Cities rocks.

I'll trade ya.  :chuckle:

I guess it's not too bad. I preferred it 10 years ago before the influx. Not much of a "hometown" feel anymore and people are getting less friendly every day. Still better than the metropolitan areas. But if given the opportunity I would head east to the greater Walla Walla area. Better yet, keep heading east to the Pocatello/Idaho Falls region....Not going to happen anytime soon, but a guy can dream, right?

Pick area north of spokane about an hour out. Youll be set!

Love that area--but I think I'd veer a bit east just into Idaho.

Tri Cities rocks.

Except Tri Cities is the #3 city in the nation for th highest number of sexual transmitted diseases. I would not want my kids being raised out there. They don't practive safe sex and too many from south of the border.

Funny--when a cousin was offered a job in either Texas or Hanford, he chose Kennewick, because they had better schools for his kids.  I don't think any city or town has the STD market cornered.... :twocents:

I moved from the Westside a yr ago August to Moses, love it, the weather is good, only avg about 6-8in a yr of rain. Within an 1 1/2 hrs to all the "Big Cities" Good Deer hunting,Waterfowl,Upland Bird. It's a big change of life from over there, but going to buy a house here and plant our feet in the next few months. If you want small city with the big city feel(20K) Heres where its at,plus were getting a Ross

Pasco, Yakima, Moses Lake, Quincy, Warden, Othello, Mattawa, Ephrata and anyplace with lots of migrant workers, there is a lot of gang activity. I delivered to all of those cities and I would not live near any of them.

I guess you're keeping it a secret from all of us about your work. Stay away from the basin if I were you.
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

I disagree 100 %. I've lived on the eastside for 12 1/2 years and have seen HUGE changes in gang activity in the basin. Spokane is now a miniature Seattle. Shootings, stabbings everyday.

Only time I've ever had a gun pulled on me was in Yakima, by a gang banger. I wouldn't live in the valley if that were the last place on earth.  :twocents:

I don't know if I'd go quite that far, but it is getting worse. There seems to be at least one armed robbery a day.

If you are gonna make a move and don't have to be anywhere specific for work, then I would keep going to Idaho or Montana.  :twocents:
