Not to bum you out or anything, but thats the Nikon Prostaff BDC, I bought that scope two years ago. After two trips to the range and first morning of opening day I had to take it back. It was never dropped or miss-handled, but that evening in my living room showing it off to my cousin we were looking through the reticle and the vision through it was half black and half clear. And after moving it around in different directions it would move around, almost like one of the glasses inside was loose. The next morning when I went to take it back it was perfectly fine. But by the time I got to the place to take it back it was up to its same old antics. So I returned got the same one thinking it was just an manufacture failure, (obviously) and two days later in the middle of a hunt I looke through the New scope and sure as heck the exact same problem. Took it back again and went and bought the leupold that I wanted and should have bought in the first place. Gotta love leupold! But that was 2 years ago and I think its the nikon with the 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5oo yard reticle, so maybe they worked the kinks out by now. I would definetely put some rounds through it and keep an eye on it before you start your season. Good luck on your hunt!
