Not sure if this is the right spot to post this but here it is and if it has been posted before sorry for the duplicate post! We need to kill this bill now!

Just in- maybe a rumor - maybe not.
Have no confirmation yet but info is coming in from other sources-
And found this posted on two different sites.

Bill 5737 WA state

"Yes!! Linda Kochmar, a rep in my state that I emailed, just wrote me back saying that the bill has been dropped!!! Also, there is a new bill that is backed by her and a few others to try and exempt Wa state from future federal weapons bans. Not sure if that will actually happen.... But we're going in the right direction now! "

 Can anyone confirm this?

I hope you both are true.

From the Wash. St. Constitution:

SECTION 24 RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS. The right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself, or the state, shall not be impaired, but nothing in this section shall be construed as authorizing individuals or corporations to organize, maintain or employ an armed body of men.

Whatever they try it will still be unconstitutional.

I believe it is dead, but for future reference when a legislator says a Bill has been "dropped" they mean it has been introduced as this one has. It is technically alive for the next two years. Please stay engaged and share your thoughts with your elected officials. :)

completly dead or just that one provision that violated the 4th?
Allthough I sent a new email out on this this day and hope to get a new reply soon.
Mine was different this time instead of the usualy copy and paste I asked about that one provision, but still said I hope they vote no on the bill if it still exists.
so cool if it's completly dead.
