Muzzleloader 12g Round ball slug mold
« on: February 28, 2013, 09:05:54 PM »
:hello: I am looking for a place to buy 12g round ball mold. I have a CVA 12g XS for deer hunting. I want to use buck shot in one barrel and round ball in the other.  Right now I just load both barrels and cap one. If I have to shoot again. I just cap the other one after my first shot. I would love to have buck for close shots and round ball for longer shots.

I haven't got the rules handy right now but I believe in WASHINGTON you can only have ONE BARREL LOADED when hunting, if your hunting Washington you better check the rules hate for you to get a ticket !!

You are perfectly legal having both barrels charged, but only one capped.

There is a Lee 12 gauge slug mold for sale on Seattleguns.net in the reloading section for $25.00.  I would post a link for you,  but can't access SGN from work.
