Stucko's First Coyote
« on: February 23, 2013, 05:22:10 PM »
Finally got a line on this guy, several coyotes have been getting very bold and have been getting close to our chickens and pets. Dogs went nuts and i was up already so i got the spot light and my Tikka 270 WSM and opened up my bedroom window
100yd shot spotlighted from bedroom window. My parents were not thrilled that it was early in the morning. Ironically i went in for ACL surgery an hour later. Country boy can survive!
Unfortunately i was unable to skin him.  :bash:
Unfortunately this one was smaller, there is a larger one out there still. Which my family has refered to as "the grey" he is a biggun. got a video of him down on the bottom. if there is a better way to upload a vid please let me know. thanks

Thank you sir, yes i used a spot light, one hand on the light, one hand on my rifle. had to wait till he walked out of the pasture away from the cows. yipped a few times and dropped him. I did not have a red lens on it, it was in my truck with my other light.

If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"
