i thought that elk lost there horns already. when do they usually loose them?

I saw 5 bulls today that were still packing, up here to, any day now

ya hopefully. ive never found any elk horns yet. ive walked miles through woods but never found any. hopefully ill find these guys horns. now i know where they are hangin out.

Only set of horns I've found we're off a dead Dall ram that had winter killed in an avalanche. I would imagine you could search forever and never find an elk horn...especially since they have antlers!    good luck though would be cool to find that guys.
