Maybe this was posted on here before, but if not, I think this video does a good job showing both the problem and how vastly WDFW is probably under estimating their numbers.

All I gotta say is wait until he gets done howling... and then see how quickly he catches one. Those of you living out that way already know this...

That was the wedge pack area in GMU 105, I was moose hunting in that exact area this last fall with a permit holder, we did not find a single fresh moose track in the snow, saw 1 doe, had to leave that area to find a moose elsewhere. That area used to have some great hunting.
