Anyone buy the Hornady 9th edition reloading manual?
« on: March 29, 2013, 06:35:43 PM »
Has anyone gotten the latest Hornady reloading manual?  I am wondering if they have added rl-17 to the 300 WSM in this edition before I go buy it.

Thanks for checking!  Saves me from buying it for no reason.

Alliant recommends using IMR 4350 data and slowly working up from there. I've had good luck doing this.

Stevemiller, I think I'm good.  Thanks for the offer though.

Andrew, thanks for that information.  I will use the imr4350 data as a baseline to start my load development.

Thanks again to both of you.

Went to the range, 46 degrees, average velocity 2944, spread of 15. Quite a bit slower than advertised, but it shoots well when I don't mess it up.
