Above you show factory loads with ablr 300 grain in 338. Is this the same Bioethics that is already out?(300 grain accubond) or is this a new bullet only available in factory load options?

Nah, a 150 Abond from a 270 sounds as good as a 160 from a 7mm - and I've put the hurt on a few animals with that combo.

I meant to ask him about this because he told me they were not doing a 300g LR bullet this year, since they just did the 300g standard accubond. Yet it shows the load in the long range ammo. So I think it probably is just going to be with the standard accubond since they did not do a special Lr 338 bullet yet. Still when I look at the book's it says 300 ablr. So not sure what to think. Maybe they did make one and are not selling the reloading bullets yet for it :dunno:

I have to many 06's and 270's already :chuckle: I like the 140's in my 270wsm but when you map out the 150 lr and the 140 they are very close in ballistics.

I always prefer the heavy for caliber bullets when shooting longer ranges. The heaviest will most likely have the advantage on long shots even with slower initial velocity. I am interested to hear how these perform. Their BC are very impressive if they hold true.

Yeah he knows I am a 340wby buff and I pushed to see them get a load for it so I am happy to see one.

I look forward to shooting them and running them threw some critters this year. I don't have to many rifle hunts on the books but will try to do some field test with them when I can.

I just ordered up a box of 210 grainers in .308! Limit one box per customer. I'd be hard pressed to find a better bullet than the 215 grain Berger hybrid but maybe this will be...

Impressive BC's on the .308's. I'll have to try the factory ammo they're building.

I am working up a 30-378 ultimate build right now and the 210's should be money! I can't wait to get them and start playing with them :IBCOOL: I will play with the .284 and .270 later for sure.
