Who made this track?
« on: April 09, 2013, 09:17:46 AM »
I saw this track up around Colville while Turkey hunting with my son. It was left in a mud puddle that had a lot of silt in it but it is still clear enough to see it is a print. This was over five inches across, I was guessing bear or cougar but could not tell which one. Can anyone who has more experience with these things help me out?

Doesn't look like bear to me. I would expect more of a flattened type print from the pad. Looks fairly wide to me.
