This will be interesting to watch unfold, as to how backdoor deals happen. For the people who say the Dept. doesn't lie we'll see.

I wonder if there is any issues with the white guys holding native fish out of the water ....Anyone who knows more about the issues let me know ... they want these rules but it seems some do not apply to people who work for fish and wildlife !!
