I don't want to get into the debate on if cell cams should be legal or not. But the fact the commission asked for public input then disregarded it really torques me. Why waste everyone's time?So since the commission ended up doing what they wanted against what the majority said. What is to stop people from using them anyway? How would they know who's camera it is unless they sit there and wait for you to show up? I am not one to break laws but this issue is pretty petty. If the commissions doesn't want to listen to the hunters then why listen to the commissioners?
Yup and at what point do people become outlaws ? It’s coming

I'm not advocating removing scopes etc and had accepted the fact they are going to prohibit these technologies, more irritated that they ask for the surveys, receive overwhelming support to maintain the status quo and just dismiss the respondents. Merry Christmas my friend!!!
The comment periods are likely required as part of the rulemaking process and I'm not bothered at all by the commission ignoring the comments. If I say that I'm opposed to ballot box management why would I favor management by popular opinion. Hunters are often outnumbered by antis during comment periods if it's just down to keeping score.
