I think there will be lawsuits that will slow this down, but I truly believe it's going to happen sooner or later.

Excellent start if they don't tie it up in court for mulitple years and if the tree humpers in this state follow the guidelines.

I hate to say it but that would probably be a close vote given where the population density is.
