There is a long thread over at Washington Flyfishing of a guy Scott Martin who tends to use the handle NewTyer1 who is scamming people across he internet. He says he is a disabled vet (which might be true) and gets people to donate gear which he then turns around and sells on other sites. In some cases people who unknowingly bought this gear never get what they paid for.
