Those look YUM-O!! I suck at shucking oysters... Any tips?
I always shuck mine first and take the oyster out and thoroughly rinse the oyster and shell. Much nicer to shoot them with no worries of bits of shell or sand.

Any tips?Easy tip and it works for me, shucking knife and pliers.Hold the oyster flat side up, take the pliers and about the 2o'clock postion on the shell (where you force the shucking knife in) break off a little shell, the opening will be exposed and then use the knife to open it up, easy peasy and no stab wounds in your hands...
Big deal! I'm having spot prawns fresh out of the water tonight... of course I have no proof of that like the oysters you gotta believe me!!
