Is the late season open to anyone or is it by permit only?  Are there any rule changes from the general season?  Thanks for being patient with this rookie! 

By the way, I saw my first Washington mule deer when I went hunting this morning.  Saw about 30 does but no bucks at all!!

permit only for muledeer and only in certain areas general for whitetail.  Make sure you know what units are open.  I have no idea what the blacktail is.  I know it would be isolated for certain units as well.  Know your regs!
