I never heard of Lucky Louie, but it looks like a standard trolling/mooching sinker. You can find them at any sporting goods store.
I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I'm not!

Grandpa had dozens of those in his boat in northern Idaho when I was growing up.  We used to catch Kokanee with them (can't recall if it was that exact brand)

Yep, have some. They were made by the same company that made Lucky Louie plugs. They were made by Minser Tackle Company in Seattle. I know they had knock offs made in Canada (lead) in the 80s.

Lucky Louie was a tackle co. started by Bill Minser in Chinook WA, dont think they are still around but all his tackle is considered vintage. His plugs ebay for around $30 check out JoeYates.com, Minser stuff is on there, a plug box alone is $10 for antiques

Foe a while I was getting Lucky Louie's plugs for my cousin in Campbell River BC. I was getting $50 - $100 each but if you found a shovel nose you could get $500+. For my trouble I got a custom 10" Coho rod and a Hardy Longstone reel; back then it was close to 1K for 10 or so plugs.

Techno challenged right now,the desktops blown up and I need some sort of gizmo for the laptop to get pictures on it.What I remember about the pearl wobbler is this,he had a few,and one that really caught fish including a couple of derby winners. My uncle stepped on it and broke it one day and you should have heard the cussing that followed it.He's also got some antique polar bear hair bucktail flys that caught alot of fish too,the green and white one looks pretty rough,it caught the most.Same holds true today though certain gear while looking exactly the same right out of the package seems to fish better than others.I'm talking about flashers and spoons. My Dad has a Charley White that has seen miles and miles of underwater travel and never  hooked a thing,I've got some silver horde plugs that have been drug around a ton and never so much as a strike.
