this is going to be a longgggg summer
« on: July 18, 2013, 06:23:39 AM »
So i drew the rim rock rifle tag and already I'm dreaming about it almost every night.  Last nights dream the antlers kept falling off as i touched them, it was like a rotted out vine. In Seattle we are supposed to enjoy our summer and i just want it over with.
If it looks fishy, fish it. If it doesn't look fishy, fish it anyway!

Man I feel sorry for you.  What terrible luck.  Bad dreams, oh no!   :'(

I'm just kidding with you, but seriously things could be worse.  You could have no tag, and still have those dreams like most of us.

I'm with ya Seatown. I dreaming about elk last night too. Big bulls in the timber just the way I like them. No bad dreams about them yet though.
I hunt, therefore I am.... I fish, therefore I lie.

Ive had those dreams before. Big old buck or bull in my sights and the release or trigger of my weapon is set at like 300lbs and I can't pull it no matter how hard I pulled it. Really pisses me off lol

I am enjoying my summer and don't want it to end but at the same time, I can't wait until it is over and we get back into hunting season. We are going to Oregon for an elk hunt in the end of September and I can't wait!
