Hunting with Night Vision gear, lasers, and cans
« on: July 24, 2013, 08:00:44 AM »
I've scoured the regs, WAC and RCW and cannot find any reference to these being illegal for coyotes. Only big game. I'm trying to help a buddy out that wants to do some filming, and i don't want it to end up like Uncle Ted in California...  :chuckle: The filming should all be on private land.

I've found things in the regs that i've read and then at a later point in time could not find....

Thanks for the help
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

Legal. The regs only state what isn't legal.

We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

I am pretty sure the only time that it is illegal is during any big game season. Plus who wants to explain why they got NVG's on during deer season and "looking for deer". I personally love to hunt yotes at night during january febuary and march
