Pheasant outside of city limits.

I have been seeing quiet a few pheasant around Where I live my only concern is there are houses around and I may need to ask permission but is it lawful to hunt them with a bow when its in season since you cant discharge a firearm?

If it's a "Firearms Restricted" area, shotguns and pistols should be allowed.
Not sure if you can take pheasants with a bow in WA.... hmmm
