I'm very happy for this guy on what sounds like a great bull! But what tag did he have? Was it a land owner tag over there? Or is this asking to much. A few years back my son drew the only any elk tag from  Martinez's land,  we got 1 call while we were in Wyoming hunting deer and got another call a few weeks later and were told that there was a cow and calf on the property if we wanted to come over I said I didn't think my son would want to shoot a cow with calf  and was looking forward to getting a shot at a bull (having the only tag) and I was told the bulls were not around and the only chance he would have would be for a cow. What a waste of 4 point's! even though it was the only any elk tag there was no way he was going to get a bull and we never received another call. Sorry about getting off track here.

The story has been set straight now, when you just get a plain post about a 390 bull being shot of course people are going to speculate. But now that the somewhat story has been posted by someone who knows the shooter I don't really see how anybody could really say anything bad. And if they did they would just get flamed by members on here. I say post the pictures and share what you waited so long to accomplish it obviously sounds like you earned it and have waited for this bull for along time and there are plenty of people on here who are going to congratulate you.
:yeah: well said!

I hope we can see pics. This sounds like a heck of a bull! Screw the negative comments. The mods can take care of those from here on out.
