Custom Salmon Smoking
« on: December 29, 2013, 10:28:58 PM »
Does anyone know of any outfits that'll custom smoke salmon?  I know Seabolt's on Whidbey Island does it, but I'm curious if there is anyone else out there, preferably north of Snohomish county.

I've got a freezer full of fish, a smoker that needs a new element, and a kid on the way in a few short weeks...  I know smoking is easy, but at this point, with everything else that's going on, I'd prefer to just drop it off and get it custom smoked.

Thanks!

Google up local shops and ask?? I have gotten meat processed at Andals custom meats in Mount Vernon and they did a good job on a couple pigs I have had done, but not sure if they smoke fish they had everything else smoked in the case though. Del Fox out of Stanwood has done most of my game grind (Pepperoni, burger etc.)  :twocents:

Healthy Omega 3 oils. I don't let them all bleed out as that is what keeps me alive from all my processed meats that I eat!    :chuckle:
