FJ40 hunting rig

These are last years pics, ready for the road trip to WY.  Custom roof rack in the works, and rear cargo basket just finished will make it easier getting the gear to camp this year.  Might post some pics of the setup in the trailer that I've been working on since last season.  Still looking for a wood stove.

Nice!  I've got a '76 sitting out front.  One of the best rigs you could have IMHO.  Yours looks like a 78 or newer?  Love the paint.  More pics please.

Boy does that bring back memories. I had one also. I had a friend of mine put power steering in it. Loved that FJ40 !!
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

My dad tried to talk me into buying one 25 years ago as my 1st car. God only knows why I decided against it. Should have for sure. Nice rig.
