Very cool, but I'd bet it's the same cat.  Just appears smaller as it's further away from the camera :twocents:

yeah i was debating that but actually got like half a dozen pics and sure looks like one is half the size of the other.  you could very well be right, but im thinking two cats.

on another note i got this guy same spot, but look at the date, how much more antler could i expect that guy to have gotten by now?  growth slows down quite a bit by that date right?

Yes is does.  I think that buck is done and will gain less than 2" total from that date. :twocents:

unfortunately you were right.  kinda assumed that anyway, oh well.  all the sudden that buck stated showing up again, sept 27th / sept 30th / oct 1st / oct 7th all during daylight hours.

 This years kittens are only about an inch shorter than the mom right now. They look full grown until you see them with their mother from 15 feet! Oh, by the way, she made a lot of noise when she saw me on the trail in front of her.
