Archery Hunters Only - Deer Hunting
« on: September 14, 2013, 08:19:24 PM »
Just wanted to get a poll going to see how many bow hunters we have on the site and what the success rate is like. Let me know if I should add another option.

I think it would be cool to add: I tagged out on a buck and : I tagged out on a doe. I think that would be cool to know also.

Waiting for late season ...I like it to be cold and rainy ...plus  being on the wetside it gives it time for the leaves to fall and a guy can actually see something ..not counting the rut  :dunno:

Remember that buck is climbing that Mt. every day!

Have not seen too much.  Went out the other day and found some fresh sign, if I can get back there this week I will.  Otherwise I may just have to wait until the late season.

Part haven't seen anything, part waiting for late season.  Scouted hard all summer and the bucks I am after went Mia early July.  I've spent most of my time in sept hunting/scouting a new spot to see if I want to hunt it late.

I went with waiting for late archery since I've been Elk huntin' thus far. Did see a couple shooter bucks however.  :twocents:

Some of us will be hunting during firearms season with the bow.  I would like to see you add this to survey.
