I live in Wenatchee area and usually hunt the Mission unit 251 and I've heard stories of people shooting what they thought was a "true spike" come to find out they had mini eye guards, and the 4 corners area is too much of a battlefield for me. I would like to 245, 247, or 250 but I've never seen elk in any of those areas I know they're there I've been told they're any elk area because they're hard to find in there. Can anyone confirm they've seen some in either of the 3 units? I don't need exact locations or anything like that, and I'm not looking for trophy's just meat. I've been hunting elk alone this year all my hunting buddies have flaked out and I'm doing what scouting I can between work and family. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
