Help a disabled hunter

My buddy Jeremy is disabled and is looking for an area in western Washington that is easily hunted from a truck or side by side atv. Does anyone have a suggestion?

I've road hunted for years with my disabled father in Vail, but its pay to play now.
Now then, get your equipment—your quiver and bow—and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me.  Gen. 27:3

The St. Helens Tree Farm is open access if the gates are open.
Last night they were still closed, I don't know if they will open them or not.
