I made half a box of Hi Mountain Original flavor snack sticks last night. We all hate them. I can tolerate them and will probably be the only person in the house eating them. WAY too frickin' peppery. I can't taste any flavor other than pepper.
Anyway, I won't be making the other half and I have a full, unopened bag of cure. I was wondering if this cure mix is Prague Powder #2 or is it something else or a mix of things? Any idea?
