Ive had the kit for 3 years and have butchered 10+ deer with it.

Knives are adequate, can get through 2 deer before sharpening is required to be as sharp as I like. 10 minutes with the lansky and back in action.

I would like another butcher knife though as there are usually a couple of us butchering together.

The outdoor edge is a great set. I also have a couple butcher knives (i think they are dexter) I bought at dicks restaurant supply that I really like. The biggest difference maker for me was getting a hook and learning to use it.  :twocents:
