They are terrible with emails and even when our family emails them about family events, they don't respond quickly so I would call.

Raining Steel you will not go wrong if you choose bucko to train your dog. I had my lab with him for about 3 months and my 14 month old dog is a stud. Best dog I have personally hunted around and not just because he is my pup. Well worth the money to send your dog to them!!!
