First blacktail buck

Finally shot my first blacktail buck! Went the season prior to this completely empty handed and it feels great to finally take one! Got nice and close with a 30 yard shot with my 30-06 and dropped him on the spot and Even recovered the bullet outta him. Can't wait for next year! Shoutout to my buddy tony for the help with the euro mount!

I'm from there. West Branch which is a small town in the lower peninsula about an hour and a half south of the bridge. So you married a Yooper eh?  :chuckle:

Haha thanks but no hate on michigan at all! I have a lot of close buddies who live in michigan and they can go and take 3 deer a day. That's where that stemmed from. Shoot I'll move there tomorrow if I can find work!  :chuckle:

30-06 180 grain federal powershock + dead on throat shot = recovered bullet  :bfg:
