Hancock branch antler bull permit

Does anybody know when hancock draws the bull permits?

They wait till they are sold out, and then it's always before the deadline for the state.  Sorry I don't have a date, they usually don't tell us a certain date.  They get bugged a lot though about it, I try not to call and ask so they don't pull my name out of the hat!!

So they draw after most seasons are over, What if you already filled your tag? That would suck to get draw for something you cant use.
