Cell phone trail cams

Has anyone used, or heard a first hand review of, cell phone trail cameras that send pics to your phone or email? Between the price of the unit and the additional cell line it would be pricey, but seeing animals real time would be great.

A few years back I did some work with an Elk Management group that live trapped and radio collared elk. They had a camera that when it sensed motion it sent a text message to the registered cell line. The person could then log onto a website and see what images/video the camera was taking. It was a pretty pricey set up, but was used to monitor traps, so the animal would not get as stressed out for being in the trap for a long time.
I don't recall the name or wether it was a homemade device or not. It did require an RV Battery to run the camera remotely and was a large gaudy looking contraption.

You need enough reception for them to work like planned. The ones that I've seen usually have 150' of cable to an antennae strung up high in a tree.

they pay for them selves if your spots are far away and are spending a lot of money in gas to go check a regular camera all the time
