So Ive been asking friends and people that I know that bought the vail permit and they don't know the answer to my question so here it is. Since the vail and pl access permits are expired are you allowed to go hunting in any vail or pell area because I was wanting to do some coyote hunting I got a good area in vail where I saw lots of coyotes in the past so is there anybody that can help with the question
