My season so far.

Finally got the time to set out 2 beaver swimthru and 4 muskrat colony traps at a nearby beaver pond. 8)

Well after a two day soak checked my traps and had one swimthru set off at the crossover. and two large muskrats in one of the colony traps. not a bad start and the ice is starting to break up.  :tup:

Kit beaver today, 1st beaver weighed bout 55lbs this one weighs around 12-15.

The big water is starting to break up, most of the ditches are free, Don't know what O'sullivan looks like yet. Spots where I'm trapping I break through in some and safely walk on top in some.

Using the swimthrus that Ted and I built.

moved some traps today catch was only 1 rat.
