deer hunting with a shot gun question

Do I have to use a plug I looked all through the regs last night and it says only when bird hunting so I am thinkin I dont need it
If you cant fix it with a hammer you got an electrical problem

That is correct.  The 3-shot capacity restriction only applies for upland and migratory game, and turkey.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.
