has anybody looked at the population at the upper oak creek feeding spot? Right next to the river? I went to that one last year and there were more elk bulls/cows feeding there than at the main feeding lot?
Though i'm not denying the below mentioned statement of this also being a contributing factor.
Indians shot them all and over havest. That is why they are proposing more cow tags.
