I'm headed over east for the deer opener on Saturday, then I finish up my summer job on the 7th and have the next two weeks up until around the 20th to hunt elk. Good luck to everyone

I'll be heading into the woods of North Idaho this evening, am sitting here missing opening morning right at this moment, but nobody really hunts where I do, at least no one has the last 2 years, so I'm not worried bout someone beating me in there and screwing it up.  Just a short 4 day hunt for this weekend, but with lcuk I can stick an arrow in one.

I will for bear for sure!! I usually wait till the temps drop into the 60s though.  Sorry I just realized this is in the elk section.  I won't be up there for elk with the bow.
