This is my all time favorite and is simple and easy  :IBCOOL:

I haven't tried this with deer but it should work???

I take two goose breast(more if your crock pot will handle it) and make slices long ways about half way thru. Place these in your crock pot cover with apple cider ( orange juice ain't to bad either) and cook for about 24 hours or untill it starts to shread apart (10 hrs might really be enough but I like to start it one night eat the next ) Discard the juice and add about half a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce chop up some chilies, onions, peppers what ever you like and heat it up. Toss a couple of big buns in the oven to toast them up. Pile it on and have at it.

Brown it w/taco seasoning... shred it... and use it to make enchiladas. One of the best meals you'll ever eat.  :EAT:

I still can't figure out why everone insists on cooking waterfowl until it looks and tastes like mush...

If you're willing to eat your steak medium rare then try this recipe:

Take 4 goose breasts and fillet them in half.  Salt and pepper them and grill them medium rare to rare.

Make a sauce using
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup orange marmalade
3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup brandy or grand marnier
1/2 cup soy sauce
granulated garlic
salt
pepper

simmer the sauce over med-low heat while grilling the goose breasts.  You can spoon a little sauce over them on the bbq.  mix a small amount of cornstarch(maybe a tablespoon) and warm tap water and use it to thicken the sauce before serving.  Serve with wild rice or pasta.

Even easier? take the same goose breasts and marinate them in either a good italian dressing or olive oil, crushed garlic and salt/pepper and grill to medium rare.  Serve with horseradish/sour cream and discover flying prime rib!
hey, where's Professor Chaos? Anyone seen him?

Use your favorite deer or elk steak recipes on waterfowl and you'll love it.
