Chinook, smelt and more

Chinook retention is being lowered from 2 to 1 in area 9 starting Monday. Smelt dipping is being allowed for thew first time in 4 years on the Cowlitz and Lewis. They may open the Columbia also. See the coho forecast for the coast and read about razor clamming and much more.
