What lower for a AR-10 build?

I want to build some kind of high powered AR. If I by an AR-10 lower, can I build a 300WSM or 300wm?

Yeah but you are going to want a matching billet upper... 

This is my next build as well so just tagging along here. My last AR build was using mega parts I did the MKM upper and it turned out sweeeeet

So you can build a 30 cal mag using the 308 lower?

The mega's are only available with the upper as of right now. Rainier has no idea when they will get just lowers in stock.

You're limited to the magazine length of roughly 2.80" in the ar-10 or lr-308 platforms.  300 WM won't fit at 3.34".  The Nemo Omen would fit the bill, but very pricey....
