Obviously an AK of some sort, but can anyone tell what model?

So many different answers. But what makes you guys say its an Ak74/AK103/SLR107?? I love the AK's, but All the once mentioned, look almost identical.

SLR 107 has the identical style reciever. compare the stamping to almost any other ak on the market
